Clearly define who qualifies for PTO. Full-time employees? Part-time? After how many days of employment?

“Regular full-time employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for PTO benefits beginning on their 90th day of employment. Part-time employees working 20+ hours per week accrue PTO on a pro-rata basis.”
