| PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT This Photography Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [DATE], between [PHOTOGRAPHER NAME], an independent photographer with principal place of business at [ADDRESS] (“Photographer”), and [CLIENT NAME] residing at [ADDRESS] (“Client”). 1. Scope of Services Photographer agrees to provide photography services on [EVENT DATE] at [LOCATION] including: [ ] hours of coverage, [ ] edited high-resolution digital images, [describe deliverables]. 2. Reservation & Payment A non-refundable retainer of $[AMOUNT] (50% of total) is due upon signing to reserve the date. The remaining balance of $[AMOUNT] is due no later than [DATE or “day of event”].
